can we actually ignore some limited violations in detailed routing in openlane, it git stuck at detailed routing.drt_opt_iters are reduced to 10 but violations did not solved by 10th drt_opt. looking for any variable that make me move formward.or fix routing violations

load congestion.rpt in OpenROAD gui along with routing DB and check where those violation occurs.
