Hello everyone I was testing a

and a

cap_mim

in Klayout 0.28.12 using

gf180mcuD

, and I got an LVS warning that I don't know if it's an error on my end or not. In the schematic I used the model

cap_mim_2f0fF

and the extracted netlist from the layout uses the model

cap_mim_2f0_m5m6_noshield

. Any help is appreciated
