first 2 pictures are for PWL and last 2 pictures there is for pulse in beginning there very different output can anyone could help me to undertand why like that and tran period i used tran 0.1 7.5u in pulse

there are so many things different about the way you are doing PWL vs. PULSE. Here are two examples: 1. your rise time and fall time for pulse are 0. the rise time is 10 ns in your PWL. 2. your period is 40 ns in PULSE. it is 1 us in PWL. make sure your waveforms are specified correctly.
