Use poly resistors, not diffusion resistors.

We didn't get electromigration rules from SkyWater, so those were estimated for the metal layers from consideration of the material and cross-section. I don't have such an estimate for polysilicon. However, I think if you have three or four resistors of 1um wide in parallel to make up the 48.2 ohms, you shouldn't have any problem running 3mA through them.

All current passes through the metal3 tab which is the limiting part of the pad cell. The electromigration limit on metal 3 is 1.5mA/um.

Hi Tim, The wrapper input pin width is 1.2u (SOURCE) and which is connecting to internal 3.1um metal width. It is not okay rt? snap shot attached @Tim Edwards
