Hi - We are implementing an 3.3 -> 1.8V LDO in our design, but it has some overshoot at startup. Does anyone know what the max ratings (Vgs & Vds) are for the sky130 core devices?
I see the model supports up to 1.95V, but there should be a higher range where the devices do not follow the model accurately but do not breakdown or loose reliability?

I have run them up to 2.5V and didn't destroy anything.

Maybe not exactly what you’re looking for but the PDK says the spice models are valid to 1.95V.

The documentation we got from SkyWater was pretty thin on the standard cells. We got a spec document that just refers to other internal documents that they didn't give us. So some of it is guesswork.

Thanks for the feedback -Tim. With controlled supply ramp I have the overshoot down to 2.1V so I think this is ok. We are unable to add external capacitor in our application, but will decouple internally as much as possible.
