Yes, that's my email, I received the files before but not anymore...
the last email I received from the platform with the files is this, on 15 SEP:
i searched through y emails and can't find the latest files... it's gonna be really difficult to get to tapeout without seeing the generated files, we are having some FOM density errors. Is there any alternative?

@Jorge Marin we cannot see any logs that initiate a download process. Can you try again and verify if you get a successful flash message on the web page please

which is your last successful precheck run. Seems you haven't made any request on a tapeout job like you want. Click again on the appropriate job to get the output and verify that the jobID is the one representing your tapeout job.

@Jorge Marin It appears you marked efabless.com as spam in your inbox, reason you are not receiving email anymore from us. At some point your did "unsubscribe" from our communications.

This is very strange, I received the latest ad email from efabless 6 days ago, and the issue started before this. But thanks for your help, please let me know when i can try again

Hello @Jorge Marin, I am not really sure what is happening since we don't have any other similar behavior with other emails currently. But, it appears that you did "unsubscribe" again on Oct 23 at 10:25 just after receiving our previous email. You can see on the provided screenshot. • Is there someone else using your email account who is clicking on the unsubscribe link? • Do you have a plugin which block unsolicited email? Please note that users unsubscribing from our email domain is affecting our reputation on the email service we are using. We might not be capable of removing you from the denylist in the future.
@Jorge Marin you can try again and let me aware of any unexpected behaviour you notice in your email account/client please

Hello @Mathieu Drapeau, I am - naturally - not unsubscribing on purpose, no one else is using my account and I don't have any plugins. I will try to change my email account to see if the issue stops.

@Jorge Marin possibly in the past you did unsubscribe from our company announcements newsletters. If not, I will need to investigate further. Changing your email might not work if you are authenticating with social network since we pull the email used by the network.

Ok... Any other advice? Its strange, I don't remember unsubscribing in the pasta, actually I get all the advertisement email from efabless, except for the critical ones...

@Jorge Marin if there is an issue, it is between mail servers communicating together. I will see if you get unsubscribe again and will notify the service provider

hello @Mathieu Drapeau, I'm facing the issue once more and now I really need to get the files because I'm getting an error which nobody understands... is it possible that I'm blocked once more with the "unsuscribe" issue?
@Mathieu Drapeau please help with this, I didnt press any unsuscribe (I swear) and I can't get the logs and generated files back which are crucial to investigate another bug
