Hi all, I am running physical design for some designs using Skywater 130nm in Cadence Innovus. However, I have some issues during streaming out the GDSII as special nets (power, etc.) are not streamed out. I generated a stream file from the following document "https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oL6ldkQdLu-4FEQE0lX6BcgbqzYfNnd1XA8vERe0vpE/edit#gid=459375686" but it seems that there is some missed info. Is there any stream file that works fine with Cadence flow. Thanks in advance
