The shuttle precheck has been updated for public projects to require soft connection, LVS, CVC(RV), and oeb checks on the final gds. For private projects, the oeb check is required, while the other checks are highly recommended. These checks require the creation of an

lvs/<top_cell>/lvs_config.json
