Bulk tie Poly resistors are floating over bulk. Bulk needs to be tied to ground.

Then do you know how I connect port b to metal1 layer(gnd) on this layout?

@Minsang Yu: Magic has derived layers for contacts, so there is no direct correspondance to "licon". The contact types are "pc" (poly contact), "ndc" (n-diffusion contact), "nsc" (n-substrate contact), and so forth.
