There are more in the dev branch, but those are the most verified.

if i pick the SRAM from dev branch, will MPW precheck will pass ? I thought tapeout pre-check will bypass magic DRC check for SRAM listed in PDK directory only.

@Dinesh A: If precheck fails because it doesn't recognize an SRAM macro, let us know so we can add the name to the list of exceptions. I've been trying to get that changed so that it recognizes just the base bit cells, which would make it work with anything generated by OpenRAM, but that hasn't been done yet.
