@Ayushman Tripathi: Several different discussions piled up in Kavya's thread. I like threads, but not when they start to rival the length of the channel. So where are you at now in testing? It sounds like the GPIOs are configured into a known state, so if the outputs are not doing what you expect, it is probably a good idea to start looking at your user project to see if there is something that's being missed.

Sorry @Tim Edwards ! Will take care of this in the future. I am presently examining the user project files and the custom firmware we are programming to make sure the required inputs are being correctly provided for the user project
