Hi, I am new to Xschem and am running a netlist simulation with ReRAM in sky130B pdk. The spice simulator is unable to get the model file for ReRAM from the /home/<user>/pdk_1/sky130B/libs.tech/ngspice/sky130.lib.spice tt library file. I searched for the ReRAM model definition but couldn't find it. Can someone help me with this? @Stefan Schippers

ngspice has recently switched to openvaf/OSDI models instead of ADMS. i have made some attempts and ngspice understands the compiled verilogA model, however no switchng behavior is observed. Follow the #reram channel.
