Hello all. Recently, I have been working on generating the charts required for gm/id m3thodology based design. I have used sky130_fd_pr__nfet01v8 device with a width of 3 um and length varying from 0.6 um to 1.2 um in steps of 0.1 um. And these are the results. Does it look reasonable? Are any of the variables like gm/Id, ft, gm/gds dependent on the width of device? @Boris Murmann @Stefan Schippers
