The Caravel uses a flip-chip package, it is a 6x10 WLCSP. See here: https://caravel-harness.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pinout.html Usually, WLCSP is the best you can get in terms of package parasitics and thermals. For any routing (on-chip, bond wire, PCB trace) the 1nH/mm that @Boris Murmann stated is a good value. I use the same for all rough estimates of inductance. The resistance you can calculate from diameters, lengths, and materials. Often, a rough guess is enough.
