Hello everyone, About the harness and the top round structures that we can see connected to the pads. From https://caravel-harness.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pinout.html I understand that these structures are associated with the ball assignment of the flip-chip package (WLCSP). Are these structures preserved when using a QFN package? Could we design our own structures on the upper layer for higher current connections?
