@User: I can't see detail on your layout, but the rule is a combination of via1 width and metal1 surround: Via1 width is 0.15, and the metal1 surrounding via1 should be 0.055um, so (0.055 + 0.15 + 0.055 =) 0.26 is the rule being flagged by magic. You'd have to zoom in on one of the error areas for me to make any additional guesses about what the precheck error is indicating. There is always the question of what version of open_pdks is being used by the precheck. @User: The ReRAM rules in the magic tech file were worked on rather recently. That would be open_pdks version
