So... I'm back again with RF questions. Guys, there are rf models (the rf_nmos, rf_diode, etc) but no symbol for them. Nor anything related to the inductors that sky130 supposedly is capable os housing. Did anyone made, or found, these symbols? And, about the BEOL... how can I route the copper layers in Magic? (Even though I wasn't selected, I intend to keep working on my project :^) ) And if anyone know how to set S parameter simulations using xschem+ngspice, please do tell me!
