Hi @User, @User is hardening the soc now. The results show that the current version can fit the available area. Btw, we can increase the RAM size from 256B to 4KB if you use DDFRAM (https://github.com/shalan/DFFRAM). Please check the repo for the interface specs. If you can update the SoC to use it, we can re-harden the SoC with 4KB RAM.
