I expect the repeat work for DRC, didn't expect the high routing time and memory cost so that seems wrong

MACRO_PLACEMENT_CFG

is set to place a single user project instance (and seems to place it correctly) and

VERILOG_FILES_BLACKBOX

is set to import the user project. yosys logs look sensible considering it's black boxed. What else would need to be done?
