@User, @User: This was fixed a couple of days ago on develop (https://github.com/efabless/caravel/commit/d0eb02c068433e4111238db1aeccd4c877e68a18). It's supposed to enforce the required dimensions and pin positions/sizes, but if you anyway have https://github.com/efabless/caravel/blob/develop/openlane/user_project_wrapper_empty/config.tcl#L19 https://github.com/efabless/caravel/blob/develop/openlane/user_project_wrapper_empty/config.tcl#L24 set correctly, then it's not impacting anything.
