I've logged an issue about a problem with the caravel

make lvs-gds-<macro_name>

. Be aware that even though it currently doesn't appear to work, even if it did work, it is not device level LVS. It is LVS comparing the layout cells (which are effectively abstracted) to the verilog gate level netlist (which does not contain primitive devices.) https://github.com/efabless/caravel_user_project/issues/30
