Found a problem with KLayout GDS when running Openlane test on the spm design. The GDS produced in the Klayout results folder is not correct. The GDS produced in the Magic results folder is correct. I can view the Magic results with the Klayout tool. So it appears the problem is the construction of the GDS for Klayout, not the construction of the GDS in general. See the attached images.
