I started simulating some basic stuff from the skywater PDK last night. Some observations: Unless I missed something, the standard FET voltages jump from 1.8V to 10V, which is a bit awkard for high efficiency power conversion in the ~ 3-5V range And all the FETs use the standard gate thickness, so even the 20V devices have a max gate voltage of ~5V. This means some sort of level shifting will be required.
