@User: I think you mentioned the "END LIBRARY" problem somewhere. Some tools were complaining that "END LIBRARY" was missing, so I had magic add it to all the LEF output files it was generating. But the open_pdks script that generates the library out of all the individual files is not removing them and leaving only the last one. I will fix that now.
