@User: Regarding https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks/pull/9, I think it's a terminology issue more than anything. PDK is in fact what you referred to as a pdk variant (e.g., sky130A, sky130B, etc.). PDK_VARIANT, which is terribly named, refers to the IP/SCL library (e.g., sky130_fd_sc_hd, etc.), so the scenarios you described, as far as I understand what you described, won't happen, right? PDK should be identical to TECHNAME and PDK_VARIANT is the same as LIBRARY as they are used in qflow. I think it's a matter of convention/style which ones to use where; do you have a recommendation?
