it seems to be related to a commit you made at August 30th. However, it's not causing any problems, at least for the hd library (the design finishes drc, lvs, and antenna clean) that's why I haven't noticed it before, and I'm not familiar with the syntax so I'm not sure why it is a bad section header at this part of the file and what implications it may be causing:
