so yes all the models certainly exist, I just don't see them getting installed into my <PDK_ROOT>/sky130A folder, if that's normal, fine, I'll figure it out, but I just thought the open_pdk install should also grab those files which made think I was installing incorrectly, though I couldn't figure out how
