commit 46baae0ce63fa3d140762955ef975f963713d3be
of magic on should now take or this automatically. It will internally escape array brackets and hierarchy separator slashes so that instance names and net names don't end up confused with magic's own handling of arrays and hierarchy, and then magic will restore the original name when writing the SPICE netlist output. This should work for the DFFRAM assuming that I didn't screw anything up. The output looked good to me, just eyeballing it, but I did not attempt to run LVS. Please give it a try and let me know if that solves the issue without resorting to awk scripts.
