@User: I added "net16" on purpose. There is a weird ring-shaped metal resistor in the corner of that device, and the area inside the ring forms an additional connection where two of those cells in the I/O pad overlap. The metal resistor rings overlap exactly, so the center of the ring makes a connection between the two cells. I have no idea what it is supposed to be for, but apparently Calibre must treat it differently somehow. I fixed the one in

but probably I missed the one in
gpio_ovtv2
because it's not used in Caravel. Question: It's not used in Caravel, so why is it showing up in your LVS results?
