@User: For the first shuttle run in November you should assume nothing. I would suggest that the November run is best for digital designs that don't rely on any analog functionality (we'll have run a few large-ish digital blocks through an initial tape-out to test the (sky)waters), and for designing lots and lots of basic analog building blocks that everyone will need for future shuttle runs. If you try anything particularly aggressive, you assume the risk stemming from all the unknowns involved.
