@User: There may be a disconnect between the Innovus setup and the standard cells in the PDK. I added nwell and pwell layers to the cells and the technology LEF file because otherwise the VNB and VPB pins can't be represented in the LEF macros. That almost certainly explains the "UnConnPin Violations" and may also be the cause of the "Overlap Violations". The antenna violations, I have no idea about (is the "Actual: 0 Required: 0" meaningful?).
