@User I would do as Tim suggested and add the nwell/pwell in the SC lef file. I have one ready you can try if you’d like, send me your email. Also, the techlef file from the pull request (https://github.com/google/skywater-pdk-libs-sky130_fd_sc_hd/pull/3/files) is the one I submitted. Let me know if you run into any issue with it. It worked on my side by adding these CUT/OVERLAP layers, etc.
