@User: I'm telling you that I have determined that it is a related issue. Unlike the standard cells, which have CDL in the standard cell libraries, a lot of the cells in the fd_pr library have CDL (or SPICE, if you will) that is buried in the device models. So we need to pull apart the device models; the conversion from SPECTRE to SPICE is going to cause all of those "inline subckt" entries to become separate CDL files, and those separate CDL files will then have to be put into the sky130_fd_pr_rf2 directories which is where they belong. THEN the remaining part of the device models become a separate issue.
