@User I ran into a small issue with LVS'ing the RF GDS devices (rf_nfet_01v8_lvt_cM02W1p65L0p15). They have dummy devices at each end with gate, source and bulk connected to the substrate. The drain of the dummy is connected to the source of the actual device. If the device has the source grounded (along with bulk) then there's a FET with all four terminals at ground. Magic doesn't extract this and then there are missing devices for LVS. I have currently just started using different models for source grounded and not-source grounded devices to keep moving. I'm just letting you know incase you know of a quick fix or you can add it to a list - I imagine this isn't very high on your priority list right now
