@User I think there is an issue with the readspice script and must-connect pins (i.e. multiple labels on the same nets -- like vdd before chip level). I get an error like this:

Exactly one label may be present under the cursor box.
Use "port <name> ..." to specify a uniqe port.

and it fails to extract the vdd net. "port makeall" would work fine previously.
