@User: Read the file by doing

magic -rcfile <path>/sky130A.magicrc

then in the console,

load usb_sky130.drc.mag -dereference

. There is some issue with the file paths that is causing magic to spit out a bunch of unnecessary warning messages. I haven't looked into it yet.
