@User: Most differences are likely coming from having the official DRC run with "drc style drc(full)" which runs the full set of DRC rules. The default is "drc style drc(fast)" which runs most rules, but not the compute-intensive ones, which tend to cause a lot of lag. The "minimum hole" rule is one of those compute-intensive ones. There is a known issue with poly in the

cell that I also came across a few days ago. It appears that SkyWater violated the normal rule in the standard cells, and I have not yet had a chance to look at whether I can throw in a rule exception in this case.
