@User I'm running into a DRC issue using the pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40 gds that comes with the PDK. It is stating there's an error with a lack of N tap within 15u of the P diff of the emitter. The base is an N tap so I'm not sure what the issue could be. Do you have any ideas?
