@User: Yes. I think SkyWater violated their own DRC rule in the standard cell. They do that a lot. It's a bit difficult to track down all the exceptions. Although the poly resistor error may come from having the wrong kind of poly resistor in the rule. I will need to check. There are a handful of DRC errors popping up in occasional standard cells that I need to track down and figure out what to do about.
