@User... Thank you!!! The reason I'm asking all this is that I'm modifying a home-brewed PCB layout program that I wrote...and turning it into a Chip Layout program. DRC checking is something my PCB program didn't do and I definitely want to include in my Chip Layout program, So I need to wrap my head around these minimum width and spacing rules of the various layers.
