@User: This is an error in the model files and I'm still waiting for @User to set up the libraries to allow pull requests so these things can be fixed, since I logged this as an issue a month ago or more. Anyway, the underlying problem is that the res_generic_po device model definition got commented out in the model file

sky130_fd_pr__model__r+c.model.spice

and it needs to be uncommented (also because it was treated as a comment, it did not get formatted properly for ngspice like the other models nearby).
