@User : I would have thought that December should be recent enough. But, a re-installation can't hurt. Make sure you have done a "submodule update" on the sky130_fd_pr library. You should be able to see

_<path_to_skywater_pdk>_/libraries/sky130_fd_pr/latest/cells/pnp_05v5/sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40.gds

. With the latest open_pdks, note that the option to point to the skywater_pdk sources changed from "--with-sky130-pdk" to "--enable-pdk-sky130".
