@User I rebuild with the configuration changes you suggested and it took a lot longer which is definitely a good sign, so thank you for that. However, although I do now have a sensible looking ``<_path_to_sky130A_>/libs.ref/sky130_fd_pr/mag/sky130_fd_pr__pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40.mag` I still have the same BJT generation issue. Presumably I can just load and tile manually but I just wanted to let you know in case there is a problem which isn't specific to me now.
