@User: By the way, I saw that the DRC decks require the 5V device length to be >= 0.7um, but the bins only start at 0.9um, so I elected to set the minimum device length to 0.9. The 3.3V device minimum device length is 0.5um and is consistent between the DRC deck and the model bins.
