@User yep, but comp.out seems to only be a copy of the terminal output so maybe something is wrong. I'm using the attached input files. which gives me the attached comp.out by using:

netgen lvs drc_cell_lvs.spice dac_unit_cell_half.spice $SKY130A/libs.tech/netgen/sky130A_setup.tcl

Perhaps there's something else I'm missing?
