Are the functions in the sky130A.tcl file designed to be called by user scripts? Or will it run the risk of breaking things. I see some functions use tech unlock. Specifically, I was curious if bad things will happen if I call

sky130::guard_ring

I dont see any GUI way to call it, so I wanted to check if I run the risk of causing issues if I call it myself
