@User: "guard_ring" takes some specific arguments but there's no reason you can't call any defined procedure from the command line. For

sky130::guard_ring {gw gh parameters}

are the width and height, in microns, and

parameters

is a Tcl dictionary type containing key:value pairs used by the procedure. The procedure defines all of the values it needs, and then overwrites them with the contents of

parameters

, so you can override any of the default values. The values used are the types to use in the guard ring, substrate type, which sides to draw contacts on, etc.
