@User: Never mind; I see that the problem is coming from the standard cell library installation; the SPICE for the standard cells needs to be patched. I have not noticed this before because I usually run LVS checks on standard cell layouts at the gate level, not the device level. The diode device name needs to be fixed and the conb cell resistor name needs to be fixed. This should be able to be taken care of by a simple search-and-replace sed script in the open_pdks Makefile.
