Lumped resistances aren't connected between anything. They are "fake" 1-pin devices. If you have, e.g.,
C0 A 0 10fF
for node
A
, then a corresponding lumped resistance might be
r0 A 10
, which means that net
A
has an "overall" delay with an R-C time constant of 10 ohms * 10fF.
