@User: Full R-C extraction isn't going to work with bipolar transistors (or capacitors or diodes). It is a fix that I am in the middle of working on and would probably have finished late last week if not for numerous other fires to put out. You will need to stick with simulating with parasitic capacitance only for now until I can get that fix done (I believe that the fix is straightforward but needs coding and testing).
